Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your AXYON gear. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or refunds if:

• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong item or size
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Time Frame

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Items worn, washed, or used during training

Exchanges

If available, we may offer an exchange for the correct size or item instead of a refund.

Process time

Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days.
